As you may have read on our Join Us page, translators get paid (if they want it) $11 per chapter for their translations. Well $11 sounds like something, but if you think about how long it takes them to write out a normal 20-25 page chapter = 2.5 hours... Then they are making less than $5 an hour...

They are still doing it because they enjoy helping out, and often times just want the practice. We could surely use more translator donations to help feed our hungry translators so they do not starve. Won't you help out?

DONATION FAQs:

Q- Why do you have to pay for them?
 A- Translating takes time, and translating hard ecchi/hentai takes strong willpower too... ;-)

Q - Why are you even translating hentai?
 A - I get asked this all the time... The answer is easy! Isutoshi, and many others use comedy in their hentai material. I for one, WANT to laugh as well as stare at the hot chicks. I read manga to get a very brief and temporary escape from my normal daily grind. A little laughter helps keep me sane... And, well, some T&A never hurt either. ;-)

Q - Do I get anything for donating?
 A - YES! Not only do you help feed our starving translators, you will ALSO be included in the Thor-Hammer email system that gets sent out ALL our releases early, as well as access to our HQ versions, that only staff would normally be able to download. Plus we will post your nick here as a thank you unless you ask us not to.
